Our style of Personal Training can be suited to you as an individual, whether you want to lose body fat, get fit or put on muscle.
We have evolved our programming into 12 week blocks split into 3 x 4 week phases, strength, muscular endurance and metabolic conditioning.
Our programs will develop strength and conditioning of both body and mind.
As you train with our highly skilled trainers, they will personalise your experience, taking into account your goals, nutrition, training history and ability.
Weekly Goal Setting
Setting small goals each week that with help you develop those new habits and something you can focus on by yourself before your next session.
Weekly 30 min Training Session
1x Weekly 30 min training session based on your goals.
Goal Session Every 12 Weeks
Map out your journey, setting short, medium and long term goals, checking in with your measurements and setting a training plan you can stick to in line with your goals.
Weekly Accountability
Weekly accountability, keeping you accountable to your goals and training plan.
